Kasumi sat on one of the piano stools, looking down at the ivory keys with a thoughtful expression. She looked at the door which was slightly ajar. She couldn't see anyone coming, so she thought that she may as well make the most of her free time. Lord knows she wouldn't get a lot of it. She pressed her fingers gently to the keys and began to play. The song was a lot more...Peaceful than what was to be expected of her.

Kaname Stepped into the night class' Music room in search of dwelling student who was suppose to go home at this hour. He heard piano music coming from the music room. looked around the room searching for the playing piano and the being who is playing. He saw a girl who was by the piano and playing it. She played it very well to be honest as he stood their and watched towards the end of her playing."....Student." He said with a dark but non threatening tone."The school rules state you must leave the music room along with all other extra activity rooms. " He said as he waited for a resonable response.

Her fingers lingered on the keys for a moment, as if her mind was elsewhere. Finally, she stood, pushing the stool out slightly so she could stand. She stepped away from the piano, closing the lid on the keys and pushing the stool back in. Still saying nothing, she headed for the door, her onyx black eyes looking straight ahead of her and nowhere else. Her jet black hair hung loosely about her shoulders and her skirt was pretty clean and average. Instead of her coat today, however, she wore the regular school shirt without the coat. She glaced at him as she walked past. "Yes, Sir...My apologies," She said as she went to walk out.

Kaname watched as she started to walk towards the door in which he stood by."How do you play so well?" Kaname asked as he stared at the young girl who barely seemed to notice him. "I don't mind if you stay and play the piano. I would like for you to teach me how to play."

"My mother taught me..." She said as one of her pale hands reached up and gently grasped a necklace hanging from her delicate neck. A simple silver chain, with what looked like a ruby on the end. However, it wasn't a ruby, nor was it any other gem. It was a crystal vial with a few droplets of her mothers blood inside. Her mother had given this to her just moments before she died while Kasumi sat at her bedside. She looked at him beneath a few strands of her hair, not showing a lot of emotion to be truthful. "If you really want to learn, then i could...happily...teach you," She said, feeling strange since she'd never actually USED the word happy before.

"hm,That sounds nice." He said as his bangs covered most of the middle of his face. He stepped from the doorway as he softly placed his hand on her right shoulder with his right arm. His eyes were deep with seriousness that it almost seemed like he was going to do something evil. The Music room was dark, just how Kaname liked it. He looked down at her seeing as how she seemed so distant even though she was close enough to touch.

When his hand came down on her shoulder, she resisted the urge to shrug it off and disappear without another word. She wasn't used to people touching her apart from the occasional hug from her sister. However, she stayed where she was and let him leave his hand on her shoulder. She nodded slightly at his comment. "Yes, i suppose it does..." She replied as she led him back to the piano, gently placing her slender fingers against the wood and lifting the lid again. For such a delicate looking girl, she wasn't weak.

Never been so kind to someone he knew by the way she look and acted that she was in trouble,is the trouble or need help. He was being kind to her by letting her stay in the music room if she liked under a reasonable excuse of tutoring a student such as the Class President. Kaname walked to the piano and watched as she get everything situated as he took a seat on the stool. Not all the way but just enough room for her to sit aswell.

She cautiously took a seat next to him and noticed that to get to the neccesary notes, she had to lean over him. So she did just that. Since she wasn't one of those girls who blushed or shied away it wasn't really a problem for her. She leaned over him carefully, guiding his hands to the right keys and instructing him on how to play the first few bars of the melody. Her voice was quiet but not shy. Firm but not demanding. Hopeful but not trusting.

he looked at her hands carefully. Reading her hands like it was a book. By reading her hands, oddly he could see a glimpse of her past. Struck by the emotions that she felt,he felt for her.

She saw he had paused and turned her head to look at him questioningly. He seemed oddly captivated by her hands which made her all the more curious. However, she wasn't one to ask questions so she continued to move her hands over the piano keys, letting them glide over the ivory with ease. She continued to instruct him quietly, and stopped after a few more notes to make sure she wasn't teaching him too much at once. If someone saw her right now, they wouldn't have guessed there was anything wrong with her, or she had a bad past.
